Japanese Endings

      Endings?  What are they?  Mainly, they are like the titles in English, such as, Mr. and Mrs.  And they are also to show the relationship between people.  They are found as a suffix to a name.  Ex. Trunks-kun, Vegeta-sama, etc.
      Here are Japanese endings.  No kanji available, just the words themselves.  Use Ctrl + F to find words.  These words will not be found in the alphabetical order list.
Word Pronunciation Meaning Shows
-chan chah-n suffix for familiar (female) person
also used by females for males to show affection*
Familiar with girl.
-kun kuh-n Mr./boy Familiar with boy.
-sama sah-mah Mr./Mrs. Respect for person.**
-san sah-n Mr./Mrs. familiarity, respect

Note: * ex. Usagi (Serena) from Sailor Moon calls Mamoru (Darien)  'Mamo-chan'.
         ** '-sama' is of higher respect than 'san'.
